枫下茶话 / 法律 / 如果换公司后，以前公司认为新公司是竞争公司，如果闹上法庭，会有什么后果新公司说，打官司他们出钱，也会全力支持。而且基本上没人（包括律师) 认为是竞争公司。可是不管怎样以前公司有权利打官司。
请问打官司会留犯罪记录嘛？

Based on the employment law I learned, you are safe.There are only those few key persons to your old company may have this kind of worries, such as the person who has the key technology to your old company. If you leave to the direct compititor, your old company will close - only this kind of situation, you may get troubles. Otherwise, you just go ahead. Btw, check the contract you signed with your old company. Sure, if it was against the law, it does not work even it mentioned you can not go to compititor. Good luck to the new job.

如果你已经有新公司替你罩着，就别瞎操心了，前提是旧公司只SUE新公司而与你无关。如果旧公司只SUE你个人，而新公司又不愿意掺和这件事，你就惨了。不管旧公司SUE谁，你都会连带牵扯进官司，如果你败诉，你只是违反合同法，而不涉及Criminal law。。。
