完全即热的不好，其他人用冷水或热水，都会对温度有影响，洗澡时忽冷忽热很难受。

Yes, a tankless water heater saves energy a lot & also save space but it's much more expensive. Most energy is wasted to keep the water in water tank warm. It's commonly used in Europe and becoming popular in Canada now because of rising energy costs.

不管怎样也不可能节约70%冬天和夏天热水器耗气量是不同的,冬天可能要占到70%;tankless的ef 一般是0.82,普通的tank是0.58,相差24%,以0.58为基数只相差40%;

我现在用烧气的Tankless,独立房. 洗澡同时加做饭, 没有水温不稳的问题.这边水压是很足的. 淋浴时开开停停,水温变化也不明显.

缺点:水流量很低的情况下热水器可能不启动;刚启动时热水来得比普通的要慢几秒钟;贵. Direct Energy收$32一个月,买断价$2436,是普通的两倍;安装在地下室内的话启动时的噪音大点.优点就不说了:省能源,省空间,水温恒定,洗澡不担心没热水.

如果万一停水，有tank的至少还有一罐水用。当然这个是小概率事件。
