老区更换注意空调超过15年和500元就没必要修了，
换空调有cooling saving 250-400的rebate,及eco的400rebate
全换rebate高达2065depend on model...
Cooling saving rebate有要求客户签字的form,在寄出前要你本人确认银行开户名和邮寄地址是否正确，如果说他帮你做而不要你看就是冒充你签字了

新区买空调基本要点:
尽量选R410A的机器,没有淘汰期,找大点的公司,因为builder会waive掉你furnace的warranty,必须让空调安装公司take over,否则冬天万一有问题你就花大钱了;申请hydro permit,否则你的房屋保险会提高(如果被查到的话)

新房区还可以谈谈团购,但要在一条街上或一个block里面;老房区有空调的rebate不同,操作难度大;老房区finish basement(dry wall ceiling)而没有空调的,现在有生意的公司一般不做,或推后数周...现在的市场就是这样,比房市好些
