枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / 房子车库砖墙上的裂缝二十年的房子，在车库侧墙与房子主体部份墙连接处的有两条裂缝，始于车库屋檐约45度左右角，长约一尺多（车库和房子的墙不在一个平面上，车库的墙超出房子的墙约一个半砖的厚度）。往下，在车库的水泥地基也有一条裂缝。请问这会是什么原因造成的，严重吗？谢谢。

That's a tough one to answer. The key is whether it is an active crack or not. Since you know the width of the crack you can check it later to see if it has widened. If the crack reappears then there is a big problem. I need to see the pictures, the direction, is it joint with retaining wall or not?

Don't worry. Its common and no structural issue. 房子都会沉降，主体和车库沉降的幅度不一致，就容易出现这个问题。能接受就接受，不然叫卖家减点钱，要摸就不要了。找个验方师吧。
