枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / Urgent help!!!!! Sorry I can’t type Chinese now.Does anybody here have the experience of storing all your house’ stuffs in the storage area? Is it expensive? There are a few days gap between my houses’s closing date. I need a place to store my stuffs in some where for about 3 or 4 days.

建议你租辆TRUCK，直接把东西放在上面几天。搬上搬下多累啊。估计一辆TRUCK不开的话，一天也就20-40块钱。

跟你的卖家/买家商量一下改closing date. 如果给他们补偿点钱, 你可以免去折腾, 还是合算的.

Ask your friend who has a garage. Store all your stuff in the garage, but your friend will have to park the car on the driveway for a few days, better to ask a close friend.

你这种情况还是和买家商量一下,不就是3-4天的时期嘛.你这么折腾也太费事了.搬家可不是搬件东西呀,多折腾一次够费劲的.如果房子价格卖得好,不在乎这一点点.唉,抢offer,前两天我没抢着,我在closing day 上完全去meet卖家要求,但对方价钱比我们好,但也好不了你说的那么多(事后知道的)这抢offer还真是件难操作的事情.我好喜欢那个房子啊,现在还后悔得紧呢.

I wouldn't trust the truck company to keep my stuff for 4 days. Hire a mover twice only cost a few hundred bucks extra, as long as you can get someone to help you with the storage.
