$18/sqf is not bad. Usually the price per sqf is $20.

我前天去HD估的价，一个16X16的deck，用最一般的木头，DIY大概$2000，如果用cedar大概2800，用composite是他的5倍

HD也是外包的,不是HD自己做,知道一家人用HD,结果东西做得很差,和HD纠缠和很久,要退钱,不过HD不肯,最后HD换了家公司又做了一遍.
