我的邻居是一位勤奋的JJ,他买了旧房,不断的翻新,希望买一个好价钱。他工作非常努力,可是房子上市将近一年,还是没有买出最近他又装修,反正也是破产,誓死卖出好价。这也许是房市没有极跌的原因之一。

肯定是LZ看错了!肯定是涨了1万5,房子只涨不跌,偶尔涨得慢一点,很快就会飞涨,把耽误的时间加倍补偿回来。一定是加价1万5,LZ看成减价了。一定是盼房子跌盼得眼花了。

地段不佳,装修都是浪费钱。谁也不想在一个这样的地区购入一个“豪宅”。状况很差又只能跟HANDY的买家打交道。正确的房子是“很一般”,买家觉得可以自己简单上上油漆那种。价格要中肯。

That is interesting. Builders would rather give incentive than drop the price. Price reduction is the last wapen they have. Don't see the condition is that bad so they have to do this.Cross fingers.

This is true! From web site stills ame price. Go to the sales center, the priced dropped 15K. This is in Milton Mattamy Homes, by the way, maybe it did not happen to other areas yet. This is the ONLY time in history, a builder drop price.

Plus, I noticed the resale price drop around 15K ~ 25K in past weeks. I started track the price for past 3 weeks, as I am planning to sell existing and buy a new one, I am now totally confused as to if buy/sell not.
