通常砖不应该直接接触地面，这是不合标准的，因为风吹雨打雪泡冰冻， 用不了几
年砖就会烂掉，应该找人离地一尺抹上水泥。看一下星岛广告，会有人做这个的

It does not matter if the brick is damaged. What you should worryis the wood silt and wood structure above the top of the concrete foundation. If some of the bricks are below topsoil, the water may have affected the wood structure behind the bricks. This part of wood may get rotten with time. you can imagine what will happen to your house. Ask a specialist to check it asap. You have have to regrade your ground level. Good Luck!
