按照我的理解，你只要拿到对方的银行帐号或者是单位的信息，小额法庭可以给出Garnish令，Garnish到了对方的单位或者银行，对方单位或银行会自动把钱扣给你。

关于小额法庭，我的经验1。低于10000万加币，选择小额法庭，程序较简单，花费较少
2。你必须知道欠债人的住址，很多法庭文件需要你送达给他
3。可以到小额法庭要一份资料，如何在判决后拿到你欠你的钱。
4。建议你到小额法庭申请Examination Hearing，由对方提供他的详细家庭收入和支出，还有银行帐号和雇主，便于garnish.
5。所有申请费用，由对方支付。
