枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / HELP!!! the hot water tank is runing the whole day...mainly the fan is running almost 15 hours, but the water still cold. i think the gas can't be lighted. anyone knows how to fix this? thanks a lot!

unplug the power supply, and shut off the gas valve (turn the knob to close position) ! for your safety!

one more question, our hot water tank flame will extinguish very quick (about 5 seconds) ...then will try to re-light it...is it normal?

air pression sensor is dirty, but they'll replace the whold parts above the hot tank if it's a enforced fan.

The flame sensor is dirty, You have to take it out to clean, If you know how to do it, just three minutes. But if you do not know, that will be difficult for you.
