枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / 我家房子有滴水的声音,而且有个灯在滴水, 是不是房子漏了呢? 上次让建筑商来检查,他说是因为雪被风从通风口吹进来以后融化造成的. 或者是由于湿度太大,冷凝造成的. 现在不知道咋办好了. 房子太高,自己根本上不去. 哪位有过此经历, 说说俺该咋办吧. 多谢了.

上次建筑商派人来看过,结果说是房子没漏,只是有很多雪,还拿了雪下来. 所以他说是风吹进去的雪. 看来还得自己上去看看. 不过下雨从来没漏过. 每次都是下雪以后有问题. 很奇怪.

I think if the insullation of the ceiing is not good, the warm air leaking up to attic and condensing to water when touching on the cold roof, then dripping down on your ceiling.

I would suggest you put this defect to 30 days or 120 days form, send to builder and tarion.
Tribute buidler customer service is not as good as before or the other good builders.
