不用要什么律师，你要是没动手，或者初次，顶多和解，但是一时半会儿回不了家的，在外面找地方吧，遵守法官禁止令，别再犯错了

I am not an expert. But, my understanding is that it is Crown that will sue you not your wife. Your wife will only be a witness. I would suggest to get a lawyer and persuade Crown to drop the case.
