Most probably it's just condensation: the insulation material above that area is too thin or none at all. Simply put more there (buy from HD), the water will dry in a few days (don't cut the plastic sheet to dry the water).

Thanks for you for your reply. One more quick question.You are right, I can only see the water mark, but the area is dry most time. Does the insulation material you mentioned look like cotton? How I can add them there? The place where has water mark is far away from my attic entrance, Can I enter the attic? I am just afraid the ceiling can't stand for my weight.
