至于提高英语口语/听力、因人而已；多听电视新闻、参照中文新闻报道、又是身边发生的事，容易接受，先提高听力、知道别人在说些什么、也好作适当的反应(嗯啊、哈啊的)。:-)

口语嘛重在胡说！面皮一定要厚，不怕说错、不怕人笑话；当然、在前述听懂的基础上先哼哈俩句，也是绝好的TACTICS之一。:-)

说到底、口语真的挺难的；时态、单复数。。。我曾经跟一老外同学一起说事、因为没有用对虚拟语气(过去)、结果他怎么也没整明白 --- 直到我用对了时态、从新说过一遍为止！

a few words are overshadowed by laughters, and they mimic arabic accent intentionally, but it is not "wife", let alone "schedule", ur translation is pretty correct i think.
