Now? I think you should be talking about the flowers, just go to any florist. If you are talking about the bulb then you need to wait till this fall.At fall, you can get various kinds of tulip bulbs in those nurseries, like Walmart, HD, TD garden center.

Thanks for your information. I really want to find one now, unfortunately they are all faded around toronto area.I just heard that at the north of Toronto, about 11 hours drive which is too far. I am just wondering if there is any place which is closer or they can deliver it directly. Thanks anyway.
