I have never and ever used any these stuff to lose weight. I just put some control on my diet on a daily basis, and then I don't gain any weight.

I agree. Eating healthy is really hard for me too. So when I went to gym, my goal was to keep my weight down a bit so I can keep having the food I love.

I can't go to gym, because it makes me hungry, and after that, I got to eat more. So I basically cannot take gym as the way to lose weight. I once tried it, and gained some weight, which scared me away like forever. :)

Just eat vegitables: baby carrots, celery... They are nutritious, low in calories, high in fibre (which means they are not absorbed by the body and goes right through :-) ), and make you less hungry.

Just one reminder. I read that if you want to get pregnant, you had better stay away from carrots for a while, because something in carrots can decrease your pregnant chance.

That is good to know. But luckly I don't have to worry about that. As, no matter how many carrots one eats a day, it would not further lower the pregnancy chance of 0%.....for a guy. I am snacking away right at this monent.... :-)

Well, guys need to keep themselves in shape too. I don't like dips at all. Sometimes maybe a little dijon mustard. But more often just carrots alone, or wash them down with beer :)I guess I just like eating carrots. Always keep a big bag of baby carrots in my refrigerator. Just snack away when I am craving for something to eat.
