香椿摘嫩芽或者是嫩叶，用水冲干净，放在沸水里烫一下，捞出，沥干水分，切细，放少许盐和鸡蛋一起搅匀。锅里放油，炒熟就行了。

这是很平常的种子，在一元就有卖的，也叫“满天飞“。今年种了种子就自己洒在土里了明年还会长。MONTREL有很多。干嘛高价买，傻到家了。。。
