你的牙拔起来会比较麻烦，须劈开去骨，也许还得缝一针。术后反应会大一些。

还是找专业医生拔吧，少浪费点时间，创伤也应小一些，术后反应也许会小一些。不过一般去骨拔牙，术后都愿意疼。现在的麻药都很好，拔的时候是不会有感觉的。就是术后反应的问题，过了这个劲就好了。没什么好怕的。

I had 2 wisdom tooth pulled out before when i was in china. both grew laterally.the first one very smooth, the dentist broke it before pulling it out. i recovered very quick.
the second one got some trouble. the dentist pulled the teath as a whole and it took me quite some time to recover. I guess it was because pulling out as a whole cause more damages to the surrouding tissues.

我是一次拔了4颗智齿，横长的，不用缝针，打的麻药。做的时候没感觉，但是晚上就开始疼，吃止痛药会好些，不过还是疼。建议分几次拔，术后没有那么要命。

this is right, because they are the specialists in this field. If you want to extraction the teeth, you'd better to find the specialists, not the general dentists!
