Sony 828 is one has all - lens, flash etc.. 300D is SLR - body only. 如果认为将来会向专业摄影发展，且不在乎额外买镜头和其他配件的话，买300D。一般拍照留念什么的828 is good enough.

Sorry, I am not able to answer it, since even CF cards has different speeds. For single shoot, it does not really matter. For multi-shoot, the cache size has more affect.
