枫下家园 / 医药保健 / 请问关于宝宝疫苗的事。宝宝在家庭医生那里曾经打过一种疫苗，里面含Hib疫苗，医生给的对照表上的中文名字叫脑膜炎。从网上查出来是b型流感嗜血杆菌疫苗。现在宝宝回国了，国内要打乙脑，流脑的疫苗。请问大家和这种Hib有关系吗？打过Hib疫苗后可以打流脑，乙脑的疫苗吗？谢谢。问了家庭医生，她电话里不说，一定要去，而且最早约在星期六。

There are different vaccines against meningitis caused by different bacteria.Hib (for Haemophilus Influenzae b) is usually given as part of the shot that combines 5 different vaccines. Menjugate (or neisvac ) is against meningococcal infections, and is not covered by the OHIP. Both are given in multiple doses, details depend on your child's age. It's recommended by the doctors here to have both vaccines. Possibly that the doctor in China is to give your child the latter, but I can’t be sure without more information.

这么说，这儿打的Hib疫苗和国内的流脑，乙脑疫苗是不一样的，相互之间没有什么影响，对吗？谢谢。

我不知道中国的乙脑疫苗具体是什么，如果是针对meningococcal, 应该不影响。最好还是问一下医生。
