such certificate is required for your immigration application. butas a canadian resident who has been living in Canada for >3 years, it should be Royal Canadian Mountain Police who is going to check your status if you did do something wrong, hehe. to get the citizenship you need the test, no interview at all.

I mean whether I need to bring a non-criminal certificate for every country I have stayed to Canada. Will it be required for whatever in the future?

my suggestionis to get double copies for all such certificates required by immigration canada, then submit one copy and keep another copy with yourself if you want to apply for US green card in the future.
but it's not required for canadian citizenship test. sorry but I don't understand what you mean 'for every country I have stayed to Canada'.
