可能是肾盂肾炎. 肾盂肾炎特点: 尿频, 尿急, 尿痛, 血尿. 先是头3项, 最后是血尿. 多喝水, 把尿液冲淡, 这样就不那么痛了. 找医生开控制尿路感染的药物. 建议看泌尿科的专科大夫. --- 老爸说的.

你写的不详细，我只能根据你写给你一个大概：1。 尿检阴性，可排除尿路感染。
2。中老年女性尿频原因有：
1）糖尿病
2）其他内分泌疾病
3）卵巢的疾病
4）非常少见的女性前列腺疾病
总之， 如此严重的尿频必有原因，只有找到病根，才能解决症状。
