1.Can i get a Canadian visa again for him in Bufflo
2.Does he need Mexcio's visa?

But his father is not a PR.1. His father needs a Mexican visa.
2. I am not sure how he can get a Canadian visitor visa again.

my experinceThis morning I went to bufflo Canadian consulate to apply one more time Canada visa for him.Before this, i phoned Mississauga immigration centre,they said it is ok I can bring his passport to apply visa in Bufflo.But this morning in bufflo they tell me he should go back China to apply visa again.It is no way he apply visa in here!
