我的观点（不管对错）：我，看到虐杀动物感到残忍，看到大工业养鸡感到同情，看到可爱的海豚想去抚摸；同样是我，会去动物园看关在笼子里的老虎，也曾亲手杀过鸡做鸡汤，看到美味的牛排会溜口水。这就是我，一个普通人。

Hi, dennis2, I am very glad to read your post. I totally agree what you said. I have been pure vegetarian for 7 years and my wife is a vegetarian, too. We maybe land CA within the next one year for our medical examination will be taken next week.

惭愧的很, 这10年来我并不是吃的纯素, 偶尔也吃些荤腥(多数是不得已的情况下)有时是无素食可吃, 有时是为了让家中长辈高兴(令众生欢喜, 即令诸佛欢喜).
(Hmm, 我连家中长辈都说服不了, 看来我还是在这论坛上shut up为好 :-)

Don't change your decision because of me. BC's economy sucks big time "thanks" to NDP. Hopefully the new Liberal government can turn things around.Besides Toronto, Calgary seems to be another good place to go (in terms of opportunity). They aren't affected as much by the US economy ressesion.

well, for anything there is a extent (du), vege-eating is good, but meat-eating is also ok I think. however there is a du here--- if you eat monkey bytie-up and knocking off its skull when IT IS ALIVE, or you shoot a shaky rabbit in the cage for your "hunting" , then you are lower than any animal. this is astrocity. remember: it is what our 'tong bao' (try to avoid say Chinese) have done---when two dogs are mating, our 'tong bao' can take advantage of that moment and cut off the male's organ, and kill and cook and eat, CAN YOU IMAGINGE WHAT IS IN OUT 'TONG BAO'S BLOOD?
