枫下家园 / 家庭与子女 / 小妹我车门被撞, 只有对方电话没有记下驾照号,现在对方抵赖, 我可怎么办?小妹我昨天早晨上班路上, 右侧车门被一辆停在路边驶出的车撞伤. 凹进一块. 责任在他. 但当时因我急着上班, 又刚学会开车不久, 虽然以前有人告诉过我发生这种情况要记下对方驾照号码,但当时后边等了一大堆车, 我头脑发蒙, 对方一鬼老只给了我他的电话好码和他的名字, 让我晚上打电话给他, 商量理赔.我竟糊涂到连车排号都没记, 因他当时态度很好说要赔偿损失的. 到晚上我打电话给他, 他竟然说没这回事. 气死我了. 问了一些朋友都说我没有他的驾照号是没办法的, 所以他才敢抵赖. 所以请教各位大侠可有办法教我? 时在气愤!!!

照你说的估计连目击证人也没有了。我觉得没办法了。看你自己也认识到头脑发懵，没有记住以前别人教你，吃一堑，长一智，下次就有经验了。

Are you sure with the name and phone no. for the right person? If not, try to grab him at the same location, or post an AD on some newsgroup or toronto star to find a witness.

too bad - what you really need is his/her policy# to report and claim from your insurer. whether s/he accepts or denies liability/fault does not matter. nonetheless, suggest you give a try talking with your insurer.

Try to call police and ask them what kind of help they can provide. If the phone number is not fake, you still have a chance. Otherwise you might have to eat it.
