in response to your questions1. in my own case, i don't see any hope of getting rid of this completely. it's been my fourth spring in Toronto, and every year it gets worse :-(
2. I buy medicines from shelf. so far, i have tried Claritin, Reactin, Allegra, and Benadryl. I have to change the medine every year :-(
3. 霏 is my dream name for my daughter as she was born in an evening while it was chun1 yu3 霏霏. however, my family doesn't like it :-(
Anyway, take some medicine and stop suffering. good luck :-)

我老公现在也这样。开始以为是感冒，但吃药没用。作过过敏测试，什么都不过敏。我想可能这边灰尘太大，房间两天不扫就积灰。所以要勤清洁，还要多运动，因为还有自身抵抗力的因素。
