My expr.I arrived in Sept. 1999, still I filed the tax return.
As I didn't have employment income then, my total income is only $3 (interests from the deposition in bank). Finally I get a refund of $100 from Revenue Canada.
This is the only benefit I can see. (I don't have child.)
