There are both video tapes and DVDs of this movie in library. Choose "Keywords in Title or Series" search index and search "out of africa", you will get it.

我刚查了一下，TPL里Out of Africa的VIDEO是1986年的，13 copies；DVD是2000年的，7 copies。
