枫下家园 / 钱财税务 / trying to unlock my CRA account. The wait time to speak to an agent is 1.5-2 hours. No kidding. I just don't see why it's not possible to unlock my account online. Lol.I understand their work load is probably super heavy during tax season. But why cant they improve their ways to to things to make their lives easier?

加拿大就这效率，2月份打cra电话，等了4个小时才有人接。还好问题解决比较快。

现在是报税最高峰期。特别是接近4月底了。如果不欠钱，过了高峰期再打。

今天的结果是这样 上午打了一个 等了一个半小时，接通了 那边断了。我差点郁闷撞墙。然后又打了三次，连排队等的机会都没有，就说现在没人接。下午三点多再打一个 等了一个小时，打通了 问题解决了。感谢CRA 感谢土豆
