都有收入要求，healthy smile是针对未成年孩子的。一直可以申请。查了查一个孩子$26,551 ，两个$28,560. 这cut off也真够低的。

我怎么觉得如果单位有牙医保险最好，没有的话自己先付，1年后报税的时候可以拿回来的，maximum $1000左右，medical expenses is refundable. 我去年报税拿回差不多最高限，今年拿回$600多，女儿的dental expenses 和我买糖尿病试纸的费用。
