sure you can, please note first visa will only be valid for 3 month. And you will need a fake itinerary for the visa application

拿回签证时，要出示返程机票给工作人员吗？（网页上是这么说的）If your visa is approved, you will be asked to bring :
• Return or onward ticket
• Confirmed hotel reservations (fax from the hotel or detailed confirmation from travel agency)
OR letter of invitation provided by your sponsor in France ("attestation d'accueil" which can be obtained from the mayor's office of their place of residence)
• Proof of medical insurance valid for France (in some cases only)

That is for apply the visa, not 拿回签证时, I think. At least it apply for me when I apply for germany visa. BTW, you can use germany visa instead of French one, to go to Paris.;)
