枫下家园 / 家庭与子女 / maternity leave马上就要结束，不准备回原公司。去辞职时公司说给2个星期的vacation pay，请问这是不是要扣EI的？是否应该把EI领完后再辞职？

read your company policy. from my experience, If u didn't take your vacation this year, you can get full pay for it.

这个是不扣EI的，但是你的EI的领取时间可能会晚两周，但领EI的总周数是不变的。所以不用担心。而且这个PAY也是公司应该给你的
