不会占额度吧？假设我的额度是5000刀，我预订了夏天的4000刀，这几个月我就只能用1000刀了？ 或者我5000刀的额度，也许需要总共预订7000刀的酒店，我估计也能预订吧？难不成酒店还真要hold 这个费用几个月，也不合理呀？所以我觉得押个卡号，也就是摆设。

当然会占着额度，这就是卡overlimit收费的原因。酒店不会authorize非常大的金额

Mostly,hotel will issue the holding/pre-auth request when you check in and at that time, you need to give the credit card to hotel, then complete the pre-auth when you check out. The card number hotel required during booking can be used to charge no show fee if you did not cancel or too late to cancel the booking when you do not check in. But if the booking is not refundable, then the amount will be charged immediately in full. All are up to the hotel and booking conditions.
