就是从地上出风口出来的热气或冷气进入室内，从这里再循环出去？出到哪里？里面有空气过滤网吗（从来没有打开过）？

如果你是指白色矩形的百页，这是回风口，让室内的空气通过管道(duct和drywall隔间)返回到锅炉/空调处（此处有过滤网），加热/降温后再从出气口（floor register, 一般在地面上）出来，形成室内空气循环。
