狗不是太清楚。猫主要有两个。1，是它身上可能有寄生虫。但这里卫生条件很好，如果是in door的猫是没问题的。2，是猫的粪便内经常会有弓形吸血虫卵。但这主要和猫的食物有关，如果只是吃猫粮不吃鲜鱼的话，也是没问题的。还有就是打扫猫的litter box的工作交待给老公做好了，每次完了让他好好洗洗手就成了。有朋友就是养了猫后怀孕的，现在生的宝宝也很好。坛子里好像也有类似的情况，据说也不错。

I have a Canadian friend who's a midwife , when she pregnent there are two cats in her home, and she had a becautiful baby right now. (9 months old) she said just don't touch the stool.
