I don't have any 最后加钱的纪录 on himAbout Lin Sen, I felt he's 负责任的. We hired him year ago. His price was $350 at that time (not 100% accurate).

此人个性懦弱，不是律师的料，决不为你的利益努力并主动退缩。极力不推荐此律师。他会尽量耽误你的大事，我的亲身经历。好货会便宜？感兴趣就自己尝试吧。

我用的Bryan，现在问题还没有解决我在waterloo买的房，用的Bryan因为当时图他便宜，我的房子2007年6月中旬closed，但是由于Bryan没有向政府买property tax certificate,所以上个房主没有付4个月的地税近７００$。现在近两个月过去了，问题还没有解决。而且Bryan态度不令人满意，说是seller的问题他没有责任，也从来没有听他说一句抱歉的话。
我也不知道该如何处理这事，每个星期打个电话催一次，已经做好认倒霉的打算了

谁准备请此人当律师才会感兴趣知道，不是人人都有胃口听。只是个人见解，萝卜白菜个有所爱。价值300的东西坏了，他建议你索赔100。主动拖后合同交房日期，卖方结果连100也不赔。以小见大。谁听说他在法庭上赢过官司？

there is no realestate lawyer will protect ur interest no matter how much they charged uIf they r not against u, it is good enough.
I have a lawyer who charged me over 1.5k, did much worse than this lawyer u r talking about .
Only u can protect urself, not so called lawyer. They r just there to use their chop ( signature ) to earn ur money, Just like those officials or offices in china . :)
then the cheaper, the better.
