Every phamacy has "Tyleno No. 1 with codine". But you have ask for it. It is not allowed to be on the open shelf. Tell the phamacist it is your first time to use it. Ask her advise.

No. It is a much stronger pain killer. Regular Tyleno can be bought on open shelf.
