形势一片大好,但总觉得市场很诡异房源少,但出租房数量猛增。许多上市的房源是2016,2017年买入的投资房,去年年底买入的也不少。出租房数量猛增势必会造成出租困难和租金减少。如果低价租出去以后涨租金不易,那就得不到理想的投资回报。加上疫情,高失业率。。。这些只有等时间给我们答案了。
