:O 等了半天，得到的消息是这样的，果然便宜没好货。FYI, based on my previous experience, Dominican is a quite low-end place for vacation. I remembered one time the customers complaint about the salted water. And there are at least 30% of population there infected by HIV.

I've been there twice, only in the capital city Santo Domingo for business. You should go to beaches in the north and east of the country instead of the capital. Few people can speak English there.
