Mississauga南区也有很好的地方,比如HURONTARIO/QEW 以南,大马路很宽,边上住宅区很大,好多50-100万的毫宅,大树参天,环境很美.

Yes, it is very close to ChinaTown, and there are quite some schools in the neighbourhood. But I don't like those townhouses, if you mean those at the north west corner of Dundas & Tomken.They are very old (>30 yrs). The maintenance fee is very high. As I could remember, it's above 300CAD and hydro is not included. Some of them use baseboard heater, which is expensive and not so effective.
I visited four of them, and I avoided that area thereafter.
