要开这个账户还不容易吗？随便去个分行，最好你有账户在那里的，他们可以直接从账户转钱。如果银行的人胆敢推三阻四，告诉他/她叫经理来。五大银行都是政府授权办理该帐户的合法机构，没有理由开不了的。说开不了的人只能说明业务水平差或者是唯利是图的家伙。

去年我的朋友也遇到同样的问题。银行的业务员的水平参差不齐，开这个账号的人也比较少，很多人都不知道。换一家branch，就可以了。不行的话，就去唐人街的分行，多半就没事了。
