枫下家园 / 家庭与子女 / OHIP不COVER的预防针,各位是给孩子打还是不打?在加拿大OHIP只提供几种疫苗,其余好些都要自己出钱.基本每针都要100刀.问了身边的朋友, 有公司医药保险的,自己只出20刀, 就打. 没医药保险的, 没一个朋友去打这种针.朋友的意见是要是基本的疫苗,OHIP提供,可打可不打的或是还在推广阶段的,当然不提供.医生在其中拿的提成很高,当然大力提倡.
我曾经看过一本书说打疫苗给孩子带来的各种严重后果. 看得心惊肉跳.
是否真是能少打就尽量少打?想听听各位家长和专家的意见.

我给儿子打了PREVNAR 和CHICKEN POX, 效果很好.尤其PREVNAR. 我的保险公司都没给报.

OHIP不COVER的预防针所针对的疾病发病概率极低，最好别打。什么预防针都给孩子打了，孩子还有什么抵抗力？！在说把那么多病菌给那么小的孩子打进去也未必是好事儿。我的孩子除了OHIPCOVER的预防针，就打了乙肝疫苗，再就是准备打CHICKEN POX。

we live in toronto. everytime we went to see the pediatrician. he received ur money and gave my son one shot.(for the vaccine that ohip doesn't cover). i know the pediatrcians here charge the vaccines from $90 to $110.

Our doctor gave us the prescription and told us to check different stores to find the best price (he didn't know it was covered by our insurance).
