枫下茶话 / 法律 / 请教这里专家: 多年前在多伦多结婚,结婚后不就俩人回国. 去年在国内离婚了, 两个人都没有移民身份.请问需要什么程序在加拿大承认离婚?当年在多伦多结婚的,有这边的结婚证. 之后没多久男方要回国, 女方未毕业就和男方回国了. 后再国内也办了结婚证. 现在女方要来加拿大继续学业, 国内离婚证办好. 需要办理什么文件或者什么程序,才能在这里也承认离婚呢?

Go to court file an uncontested divorce and get a divorce decree. This will be an easiest.

Yes, during The trial hearing. But he can have a legal representative with power of attorney. But it will be much bette if he can appear in court.

Call where you obtained your marriage license and ask them what/how to do too. They may endorse divorce certifie from overseas.

You were supposed to wed once but you evidentially have 2 marriage certificates. Be cautious if/when you bring this fact up. Don't put yourself into any difficult situations.
