YMMV for new customers. Some Costco stores have the similar deal. $49 upfront cost with $100 cash card. I have used my Fido G Pad III for months and am overall happy with it.

要等到第四张账单到了以后再去联系比较好。如果光是等过了90天，他们还是会让你等第四张账单。因为referral的事我也没少和Fido打交道，太多问题了。一定要保证能和你推荐人联系上再和Fido联系。
