本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛好久没有为会计坛作贡献了,光收获不耕耘,惭愧。分享一段昨天被擂的同事写给大家的邮件,看看对不大幸运的同学是否有启迪。
背景:偶们这地盘一直来经济不错,大家近年来在温柔乡里麻痹了,从个人到公司对经济危机的危害认识不足。上一轮动荡的难受感觉淡忘了,好比生完小朋友十几年过去了,好了伤疤忘了疼,想再生一个试试 :)公司在几个月内经营情况有了大逆转,前后经历了四轮裁员,采取了对员工减工时或减薪水等措施来保证利润水平和现金流的通畅。对我们"健在"的员工来说,除了工作担子增加外,也看到同事是如何离去的。
有人被减了时数就不来了,让妈妈来收拾东西,没有工作交接。有的带年幼的孩子们回安省度假,回来工作就没了。大多数则是默默离开。昨天这一位离开的同事留给了我们印象。他写道:
Thank you all for the opportunity to work with you. I appreciate the friendship and the learning experience (you would never guess how much). It was all worthwhile.
It is too bad that we have to deal with the annoyance and stress of a silly recession. It will pass.
There are some left to share the burden of some tough times. They are fortunate for there are others that will have to bear the burden of a different kind. It will all pass. That is life.
Please work hard for yourselves, the company and for those that are away and may come back.
你说,这样的同事,如果公司能翻盘再来养他这职位的话,能不考虑重新招他回来吗?
我觉得,如果知道不可逆转,那给自己留一条后路,也放别人一条生路,两清。
