本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I have some corrections to your SAIT statement:
1) Completing the AIT program does not granted you a degree.
2) Completing additional 2 online courses with SAIT does not grant you a degree. In order to get this degree, you must complete the AIT program and register with CGA and then apply to SAIT. Further completion of 2 Direct Field Studies (DFS) which consist of 2 four months (8 months in total) work experiences to satisfy the experience portion of the degree. Even that won't grant you the degree, you need to complete Management Information Systems 2 (MS2) and Management Audit 1 (MU1) with the CGA. These are PACE level courses. Then the degree will be granted.
So in total you will be looking at 4 years in AIT, 1 year with SAIT and another half of year with the CGA just to complete a degree. in total 5.5 years just to get the degree.
3) This degree is actually a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration, a degree granted from a College or Technology Institution, not from an University. What does it mean? it means that if you want to apply to a graduate program such as MBA, University will not recognize your Applied degree as equivlent to a 4 year University Undergrad degree for admission purposes.
Anyway, I am fully supportive of your decision and hope you have a successful academic career with Seneca, CGA and SAIT. Remarks I made above are my personal opinions but they are based on facts that I have came across from my researches regarding this topic.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
