I see what you mean, if the borrower claim that he has no money to return it back to me, can court make an order to check his bank accounts?

救急不救穷. 如果是真正的朋友, 借钱帮助他度过难关也是应该的. 如果他不能及时还, 就忘了这件事情..如果他有钱不还, 就当错交了一个朋友, 要对簿公堂也没什么不好, 因为这个人根本不是你的朋友. 所以, 借钱之前考虑清楚, 这个人是你的狐朋还是朋友.
