As I know VCD is .dat format instead of .avi. AVI could be played by most media player softare.

mpg4(divx)格式的文件后缀也是.avi，你可以下载divx的plagin ,然后用Microsoft Media Player 看，或者找个超级解霸2000+或东方影都立体版，都可以看的。
