1. rent the condominum instead of cottage (chalets) coz usually the cottages are not on the mountain, you need to drive to skiing trail.
2. there are 2 nearest condominums: one is Chateau Ridge, the other is Cachet Crossing. you can ski drectly to your rooms.
3. the condominum has one or two bedroom available, at most can hold 6 ppl.
4. the price for 2 nights / 3 days (Dec 24-Dec 26) $538-$838.
5. you can get 10% discount off for the condominum if you buy the beginner skiing package for two days (actully you can skii for 3 days) for $84.
According what he said, only $200/person can covered everything if we can get enough people.

太新的新手,是否先不必购买自己的设备,按fox69的建议买beginner package ticket,包缆车费, 滑雪器材租赁费和初学者培训费,比较省心? There is a package arounf $35.

总费用大致多少?$35+tax + lunch($5) 还有其他什么注意事项?

我们去年圣诞去的,住在那里的度假村(因为去的当天没雪不开放滑道), -labelle(桃谷小仙); 2002-12-11 {444} (#907744@0)

一间房好象120左右,有两个双人床,我们四个人住了一间(因为住房很紧张,我们没有事先订房,结果发现不少老外学生也是这样拼房的.)村里有各种娱乐设备,游戏机,桌球,免费电影,室内泳池,酒吧,餐厅,最可爱的是室外温泉,晚上外面飘雪,我们则泡在热气腾腾的温泉里面,喝啤酒.第二天滑雪,价格好象是六十左右,不包教学,光租器具,缆车费等,初学者多去那个BABY HILL,不过即使这样,也得有心理准备摔上几个大跤,有人甚至上了缆车不敢跳下来,有人摔了几跤就再也不敢上去了,只能在平地上练习,哈哈.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛如果没有折扣很贵,大概60左右. 有个初学者packege 49$包括所有滑雪花销(9am to 4:30pm)和90分钟的教学 . 我没学,直接滑了,很后悔. http://www.bluemountain.ca/school_beg.htm

图上绿色的是初学者滑道. 我先试了个很短很缓很可爱的.(忘了名字) 摔的跟头还数的过来,花样也比较少. 依然摇摇摆摆的我本着天真浪漫的想法, 上了地图上用可爱的粉色标注的happy valley. 我想反正也是绿色标记的, 只不过长点儿,可能更happy. 做6个人的缆车上去,我是边上第二个,心想: 还好有垫背的. 因为缆车是不会停下来等你下的,.你得跳下去. 不过如果你摔倒了,和我一样, 缆车会停下来等你爬起来. 我就只拽倒了一个人.
山上风景真好,视野辽阔! 可惜我没空欣赏,就咻的一声没了,一路上连滚带爬.可怜跟我一起上的朋友不停担心我. 每次看到我摔倒停下来他才舒口气,然后忙着扶我,帮我捡东西......

有件事要提醒大家! 滑前一定要看好雪道的地图. 比如初学者的happy valley滑道会突然一分为二, 一条导向中高难度滑道. 这比较吓人,不过可能好多高手都是不小心选错滑道造成的. :P
