1. I am the victim. I told the police A has the evidence. then police talk to A. Do I deserve to know what A told police legally?
2. Based on question 1, If I know A is lying to police, can I sue A for being the barricade of law and justice directly? If A has higher credit than me, can the judge do testimonial to both of us to find out who is lying? or the judge will directly say A is innocent because he has higher credits than me.
3. Is there any reliable and accurate way to find out who is lying in the law court nowadays?
